Identity Theft Most Likely in UK and North America

One in seven online shoppers (14%) in the UK, and one in nine (11%) in the US, has fallen victim to identity theft. This contrasts sharply with the number in Germany (3%), Spain (5%) and France (6%).

Shell Workers Hit By Identity Theft

Shell Oil has revealed that the personal information of a small number of its employees has been obtained by an IT contractor who was working on-site at the company, and has been used to file fraudulent unemployment claims.
